“We loved this hotel! The staff all around was amazing, we had all sorts of flight delays on the front and back end of our trip and the front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful while we worked through the delays. The room was as clean as you could hope for and had everything we needed for our stay! We (unfortunately) missed breakfast because we had late nights but from what I heard from other guests, it was really good! Well worth the cost and we would 100% stay at this hotel again!”

“The rooms are clean, but there are a problem with the TV however the breakfast was delicious but I was disappointed the pool was not working ,staffing was professional ,phone cord kept dropping off the phone”

“The room next to ours was very noisy - loud talking and coughing the first night. The second night there was a lot of moaning and groaning going on. The noise came through the adjoining door. The door needs to be soundproofed especially if the rooms are not open to each other. (There was a desk in front of the door in our room.)”

“I have never stayed at a property that has just changed hands but I hope to never do it again. Although they were changing from Hilton SPARK to a Hampton it seemed as though Hampton has really downgraded this property from normal amenities. I get it! when you are changing over there is going to be a mess here and there but I was there for 2 days and and all the floors had the same dirt & crap on them that was there when I first got there, nobody bothered sweeping or cleaning anything. The……

“The staff were very pleasant. The whole hotel was very clean. The breakfast is very good. Loved the coffee! The air conditioner was very loud when it kicked on. It made loud knocking noises right before it came on. So if you're a light sleeper like me, that is a problem. No problem if you're a deep sleeper. The mattress was broken down at the top, so our upper body slanted downhill. I'm sure if I had said something about the mattress, they would've replaced it, but we just slept with our heads……
