“Location was amazing”

“I was extremely disappointed with our stay. We paid nearly $600 for just one night, and it did not come close to meeting expectations. When we pulled back the sheets, we found what appeared to be bed bugs on the bed, which was both alarming and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the main pool with the water slides was closed, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel for our kids. “I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……

“It was an okay stay. The toilet was not cleaned properly when we checked in. There was a pee stain on the toilet near the lid. We needed a bedding change and they just handed is a bag of sheets having to clean our own bed and then had no where to put the old bedding.”
