Stay laid-back and luxe in Athens at Cambridge Place, just a short drive from Huntsville and close to charming downtown spots, parks, and everyday essentials. Our fully-furnished homes are perfect for flexible, monthly, or extended stays, complete with full kitchens, stylish furnishings, and fast WiFi. Enjoy resort-style amenities like a pool and deck, pickleball court, and walking trail.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
