“Recibí la habitación y la regadera estaba sucia, se ve que alguien había usado la regadera antes de entregarme la habitación y nadie revisó.
quise llegar a descansar pero junto a la habitación esta el Bar del hotel que es abierto sin paredes, así que mi cama estaba junto a la bocina del karaoke.
En el buscador te aparece que estas en Puerto Progreso y está a 25 minutos del Puerto en Carro.

“El que ofrecen estacionamiento es una MENTIRA, no lo hay. Lo dejas el auto en la calle y es misión imposible encontrar lugar en temporada alta. No nos realizaron la limpieza de la habitación. No volvería a hospedarme ahí. ”

“Staff is friendly, property is clean. About 10 free car parking spots are available in the hotel premises. Food at the hotel restaurant is good but pricey as compared to another hotel restaurant. They sell beer at 80 Peso while gas station was selling at 26 Peso. I understand the reason for higher pricing but it is very high and the menu is limited. Air conditioning was working fine without any issues.”

“The accommodations were wonderful, as was the staff. They were some of the most gracious people that I've ever met. The owner wrote me a beautiful note welcoming me, and it was made even better with the sweet treats that she provided me from her bakery.
I will always stay at the Tree House Hotel when in Mérida. The customer service rivals any of the big hotels. They even remembered that I liked bacon. Sounds insignificant but it meant a lot to me.
Stay, you'll thank me later. 💕”
