「We stayed at Ajira for three nights and were assured that we would be refunded for the remaining three nights. Unfortunately, the communication from the reception staff was poor throughout our stay. On the day of checkout, we were asked to pay for charges relating to something we never used, which was both frustrating and disappointing. When we questioned it, no one took ownership of the issue or offered a proper explanation. Instead, it felt as though the priority was collecting more money...

「it is a good experience here. Nice service. Nice view's room. Nice personal beach.」

「I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water. 」

「Hormis le parc qui est très bien, tout le reste laisse à désirer. Chambre sombre au confort sommaire et le service est inexistant. Buffet copieux mais peu varié et paps très bon.」

「The bed was fairly soft. The fridge worked very well. The 2 x AC units also worked very well which was necessary for the hot July evening I stayed there. It looks a bit better than it is. The kitchen appeared to be quite good but there were hardly any dinnerware to eat with or from. The kitchen faucet barely worked. No soap to clean the dirty dishes that were there. Had to hunt to find the towels. The communication wasn’t that great and they never told me the address. It was a guessing game...

「Super Service. Tolle Dachterasse. Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße (dadurch gute Verkehrsanbindung, aber auch eine geringe Geräuschbelastung).」

「Old and run down, it felt like the owners have just given up on the place. Beds were ok though but you only get sheets, no blankets. AC didn't work, only lousy wifi in very limited area in the lobby, we didn't try the pool, breakfast was ok. Only good thing so say about this place is the location: 5 min walk to the Marina and 2 minutes to Mamma Mia beach which is awesome.」

「Trouvez un autre hôtel sans perdre de temps. Très bruyant, impossible de dormir à cause des bars et animations extérieures proches, sâle, vétuste, salle de bain et wc qui fuient, en chantier. Dommage car l’emplacement est excellent et le personnel bienveillant.」

「Proprete de la chambre a revoir, en particulier la SdB. Lit fait avec des draps trop petit malgre ma demande d avoir un drap a la taille du lit pas de changement...le dîner s est bien amélioré mais c est du local simple donc si vous voulez un repas particulier allez ailleurs. En revanche staff sympa et serviable.」

Hygiène déplorable Le monsieur de l accueil qui ne trouver pas ma réservation qui m a fait poiroter pendant 1 heure à 3h00 du mat avec un enfant de 3 ans Je demande réparation auprès de hôtels.com」

「Hallo, ich habe über hotel.com gebucht. Habe auch eine Bestätigung erhalten. Als ich in der Nacht gegen 2:30 Uhr am Hotel angekommen bin, wurde mir mitgeteilt dass keine Reservierung vorliegen wurde.」
