The food is various and delicious. You always fond something. They prepare also extra food of you need, they help you wherever you want it. The gym is nice, perfect temperature good music. The dumbbell selection could be more, as the jumps between the weights are too high. Other hotels are better here. People super friendly, pool area great, animation not too pushy but also present, perfect. Evening program funny and differs every day, entertaining. Great hotel

It was very relaxing , very clean. The room met our expectations. The staff were amazing , multilingual The night show was ok , but can be better. I don’t think i will visit this hotel again

This is my second visit, this place used to be amazing, but now it is ok. The cleanliness is excellent, first day i arrived there was no water in our room for more than 4 hours, and on and off for the next 3 days, i requested an iron to use, when i wasn’t in my room they took it without telling and i found it was the only one for the whole floor, the entertainment for the first 2 days was very boring and ok for the rest… the food was very good…they used to give 2 vouchers for the Italian and Mexican restaurants… now they don’t and when i ask why they said policy have changed…on my checkout day they kept calling every 15 mins to tell me that i have to checkout today or i will pay extra penalty 40$

Nice hotel

It was good and we really enjoyed alot, specially animation team and mix max show during feast. Food was tasty and alot of varieties Pool was perfect 😍 But stoney beach Alot of activities to do Only one thing wasnt pleased of that i tried to change my type of booking from double to single with child through hotels but I cant and when i reached the hotel ,the front desk insisted that he cant do anything and that's really annoyed me

L'hôtel est tout simplement magnifique, impeccablement propre et le personnel est toujours à l'écoute concernant les demandes de ses hôtes. La vue est à couper le souffle et l'entretien des jardins est exceptionnel. En revanche, le restaurant Palm compris dans le all inclusive est très moyen, rien n'est vraiment bon ou très mauvais. Les deux autres restaurants, l'italien et le mexicain, servent de la nourriture très approximative à midi. Le restaurant indien a dépassé toutes nos attentes, avec son chef Mustafa, nous le recommandons vivement, mais il est payant. L'hôtel propose quelques activités (payantes) qui sont à marchander avec de mandataires externes de l'hôtel, parfois on a l'impression de se faire arnaquer en tant que touriste. La période où on est allé n'est pas l'idéal, il y a énormément de vent et nous n'avons pu nous baigné que 3/7 jours. Aussi, c'était la période de vacances scolaires égyptiennes, donc beaucoup de familles avec des enfants en bas âge.
