「My stay here was very, very good, and I really enjoyed my time at the resort. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Communication was always quick and efficient, and whenever I had a question or needed anything or had an issue, they were happy to help. The beach is absolutely beautiful and was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants and other places to eat within easy reach, which made it...

「Nice place and nice people」

Transats confortables. L'hôtel propose tous les services : spa, massages, taxis, change, plusieurs restaurants et bars, escapade...

「Here’s a version under the 1,500-character limit: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Avoid this hotel. Our stay at El Karma Hotel completely ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. From the day we arrived, our room had a constant leak, leaving the floor wet throughout our stay. My daughter even slipped because of it. We also experienced repeated power cuts, leaving us without electricity or air conditioning in the Egyptian heat. These issues were reported several times but were never properly...

「The hotel needs an update. But the staff trying to be helpful. Expensive for the price paid. We believe it should have been cheaper」

「All are good including the beautiful sea view, delicious breakfast and food in restaurants. ONLY one thing, water leaking from the shower area to the toilet floor, even after repair work, still could not fit it.」

「Our stay at Steigenberger Golf Resort El Gouna was absolutely perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the warm welcome and professional staff to the beautiful room, excellent food, drinks, facilities and wonderful atmosphere throughout the resort. The service was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. There is just one small thing I would like to mention: the Nespresso coffee capsules in the room were not included in the all-inclusive package. Honestly,...

「Unreal stay - the property is a modern high end oasis with everything you need at your finger tips. We personally loved their app where you could truly ask, book, or see anything the property had to offer for you. We are truly dying to go back already!」
