"The bathroom was a complete mess. Bathtub did not drain. Bathroom sink would not drain. Toilet did not want to flush."

"Stayed from 4/21 to 4/26. Beyond the friendliness of the female desk attendant who checked me in this place leaves much to be desired. Found my room filthy and apparently "missed" by cleaning staff. Was given another room for that night then switched back to my original room next day. The free breakfast was a joke, even the lone waffle maker was broken and the hotel ice machines didn't work. This building is very old and the upgrades need upgrading. The on line pictures are definitely from back whenever last "upgrade" was done which clearly was some time ago. Room flooring was warped (both rooms), room door didn't close right (had to force it shut every time) and refrigerator barely worked. And good luck getting a decent night of sleep, you can hear everything going on around your room and outside including the noises from the highway, sound deadening is virtually non existent. I've stayed a numerous Quality Inn locations in the past without issue but this one might be one to avoid unless you're desperate."

"The staff were all so nice. Check in was easy. Hotel and room was neat and clean."

"Convenient location and very helpful staff. The property itself could use a little updating, there was a huge spot of missing carpet right in front of the door to my room. No shampoo, just two conditioners in bathroom. The breakfast area is very small and not much is put out at one time, so if you get more than two groups of people in there at the same time you run out of hot food, coffee and juice and have to wait for the staff to replenish it. This was within 10 minutes of the start of breakfast being served. This happened on both mornings of my stay."

"When we entered the hotel a fresh clean aroma greeted us. The lobby was clean, with a well stocked information kiosk, a lounge area and a desk and computer. The complementary breakfast was good with a variety of items including sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, a variety of breads and juices. Our room was clean and spacious with a king bed, pullout sofa, desk, mini refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom needs updating: especially the tub/ shower. The bed was fairly comfortable, but squeaked when you moved. The receptionist was welcoming and accommodating. We had another couple joining us there the next day and the receptionist granted our request to place our friends in a room near ours. We would definitely stay there again on a return trip. "

"The parking is great, the room was clean, the staff was okay, breakfast was good. The facility is aging and not well maintained. The walls are thin meaning normal voices can be heard from other rooms. There was no backup for glitches in the system. The facility seemed to be poorly run."
