“This property was everything the owner described. New and clean living areas. The owner was an excellent communicator and wasted no time in responding to your questions. Nice neighborhood!”

“Great location, nice apartment. Poor communication with owner they don’t reply back for extended periods of time. Never replied back to the fact that the door doesn’t latch on the apartment unless it’s locked.”

“We enjoyed our stay and love what the family has done with this property. We would recommend carpet or thick rugs for the upstairs units to help reduce noise. The first night wasn’t bad because the unit above us was empty but the second night was loud. Luckily we are both heavy sleepers so we made it work. Also, some of the towels were dirty and the extra blankets and sheets were dirty. That’s on the cleaning service not the owner. Overall we would stay there again. ”

“My husband & I were in Sandusky to meet up with family for a visit to Cedar Point. We chose this location because it is in walking distance to the cute downtown bars & restaurants and the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and in the perfect spot to go out for a walk to the Paddle Bar and to breakfast at the Waffle place in the covered Market. Amazing! And the house and condo were so perfect - stylish, had everything we needed and the bed was SOOOO comfortable. We will definitely stay here……

“Such an incredibly charming property and neighborhood. I liked being able to walk to CVS and Archie‘s pizza.Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. There were only two minor downsides. There were no towels or washcloths in the unit for us to take a shower, however, when we called the property manager, she sent someone over within the hour. Also, likely due to the age of the building, the floors are very creaky, and our upstairs neighbors were up walking around until after midnight,……
