The room was clean and cute. We had a 5 year old with us and she had a blast. The restaurant on site was just ok, the ice cream place would have been better with either real ice cream or normal soft serve instead of ice milk and the coffee cafe would have been better with real 1/2 1/2 as they served Starbucks and the coffemate was just weird. As for the water park, the place was small which made it nice for younger kids. However, we went in March and the larger water slides were not open and the Lilly pad rope area was also closed. 3 of the better attractions closed due to not having staff to support them. Overall, the place was clean, decorated super cute and the staff was all very nice. Just a few tweaks and additional staffing would have made it much better. Worth going back but we would plan our food out differently.

The problem in this hotel if you have a neighbor, you can hear them. We had a neighbor that they had a child crying all night we could not sleep. It was like an hour room when I ask him to change my room they said sorry we have nothing to do with this and sorry we cannot help you with that.very uncomfortable

i normally dont leave these kind of reviews but honestly what a great hotel. my kids are both under 10 and this was the perfect size hotel for them much easier than getting around kalahari and great wolf is just not as fun. it is incredibly clean and with the small size the workers are very quick to help. it was also very clean i dont think i saw a spot of dirt.

You cannot check in until 4pm and the waterpark closes at 8pm. Doesn’t leave you a lot time to enjoy the park. Also you don’t even get a complimentary cup of coffee when you wake up??! Just a little cheap Kcup in the room would be nice? You can go to the cheapest motel and still get a complimentary coffee. Totally not worth the money you spend….

While the cost to enter is low, everything inside is very expensive, almost prohibitively expensive for my family of six. The room amenities were lacking ie no coffee machine or even free coffee and water in the lobby, no extra towels or bedding in the room, no seating, and most of the TV channels didn't work.

Room great, breakfast great, lifeguards weren't on the same page on what rules they were enforcing and which ones they're were being meh about. Telling a kid multiple times that's they are tall enough for the pool and then one lifeguard pull said kid out of the pool and says no too short you have to have a life vest on.

First time going to this waterpark. It wasn’t packed at all and room was ready when we got there early. Room was nice, but for a kids waterpark they didn’t have kid channels for my kids to watch when back in the room. A lot of the kids activities weren’t open and some swimming areas were closed. Overall it was an okay experience, probably won’t return though.
