“Its a really bad experience that I had ever lived in. I'm a foreigner,I had stayed in many different hotel.Its the first time I had been charged. I go to Texas for my trip from ST.Louis,I stayed one night at June 1st.After that day ,when Im in Texas ,I saw there is $25 charged in my credit card from Red Roof.I was comfused about it.When we back to Little Rock again, this time I stayed in Qulity Inn next to Red Roof. “Very nice and friendly and wonderful staff ”

“We are in room 203. The tub faucet was continuously running. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom sink area. We kept seeing baby roaches and one adult one in the room. The loveseat in the room was clearly very old with a cover over it that didn’t look sanitary to sit on. The property looked clean and well maintained on the outside.”

“The worst, most disgusting places I've ever stayed. Roaches and roach parts everywhere, both alive and dead. No soap to wash with and the bathroom door would not close. ”
