“SHAME on you Wyndham. This property needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL. Room is outdated and smells so musty that I went and bought air freshener and sanitizing wipes. Iron board was broken and only 1 set of towels were provided. Telephone did not work. Horrible conditions!”

“I stayed there June 5th and 6th while my son attended a football camp at Liberty. My problem was not with the hotel facilities, but with the staff and their response to my complaint about a broken refrigerator in my room. I told the front desk clerk the morning of the 6th and she said she would have someone look into it. I also told another employee when we were together on the elevator. She said she would have someone look into it. No one did! I ended up buying a cooler to store my son's……

“Breakfast was great and the room was wonderful!”

“Internet was complicated to sign up for and then never worked. Also, between 20 mins prior to checkout time and 5 mins before, they knocked on the door three times to ask if we were checking out. That was annoying. We told them we’d be out of the room by 11:00 and we were. Room was quiet and clean, so that was good.”

“Clean room and great customer service. There was a pest issue in my first room (flying insects bathroom, likely related to leaking tub faucet) and staff easily accommodated me with new room. However the evidence in various areas around property signals chronic water damage. Furniture visibly worn and in need of upgrade.”
