「Great value by hostel standards: friendly staff, everything new and kept very clean, strong wifi and air conditioning, key card access, linens / towels / soap included. No complaints. Has a very quiet and relaxed vibe to it. Convenient location and relatively easy to find.」

「The staff was friendly and helpful, they were quick to solve any issue I had. When i asked where to go or where good local food could be found they not only asked me what I wanted but offered several different options so I could pick. Everyday my room was properly cleaned and restocked, and my personal belongings were not disturbed. The cost for the stay was not expensive , and in line with the other hotels in the area. 「This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.」
