「The place was easy to find with directions and was perfect. The boys and my husband used the hot tub, it was clean and worked well. There was a handy outdoor shower. We are a family of 8 and we fit great. There are plenty of dishes and a nice sized kitchen. We would be happy to stay here again, the house was lovely.」

「We loved our stay - right in the water! Views were amazing, kitchen was well stocked and the rooms comfortable. There are only 3 bedrooms though - but plenty of beds. We had one upset teen who had to sleep in the family room which was a bummer. But the house is nice and the private guest house was a great quiet space. 」

「The cabin lives up to its name as it is very cozy and the views are spectacular. We had northern light shows both nights we stayed there and loved the sauna to warm up after a cold day on the glacier not too far from the cabin. The owner communicated very well and check in and out was very easy. We loved that the cabin is off the beaten path but also a 20 minute drive to restaurants and shops in Borgarnes. We would definitely stay here when we visit Iceland again. 」

We very much appreciated the detailed and thoughtful binder with recommendations for what to do nearby.
