Great Location

We had a great time at Boathouse 2. Just a short stroll to the white sandy beach where we could swim. The amenities were good, we did bring an extra fan as it was very hot upstairs in the mezzanine bedroom (no ceiling fans) Two pedestal fans were supplied. The Wi-Fi was very intermittent and the TV signal non-existent but we had films on USBs so no problem. Overall a wonderful time.

Great property that could use some TLC

Cleanliness was this property weakest point. From dusty windows to filthy floors behind furniture, plus the dirty dishes in the kitchen, a faulty tiny fridge, no hairdryer, and all those little annoying things along the way meant that this property could seriously juse some TLC so that people’s stays would be a lot more pleasant.

Great location

We had a great time at the lovely boathouse only a short walk from beautiful Hyams beach. The house is very nice but could do with some updating here and there and could have been cleaner. However the beds were very nicely dressed and comfortable and bathrooms functional. I can recommend.

Extremely well located

Very nice property 2 min walking distance from Hyams beach. You can hear the ocean at night. Beautiful bird life around as well. Clean and boat like house. Maybe the only thing that could be improved is the bed mattresses.

Great location and a great beach

Hyams Beach is beautiful and easily accessed from this property. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living area was spacious. Be aware that there are no blinds or curtains on the windows so light comes in unfiltered from early in the morning. And there is no air conditioning - we encountered a 38 degree day and the house was very hot. Other days got to 30 degrees and they were much more bearable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the Boathouse! It is the perfect location and packed with everything you need for a weekend getaway. We travelled with my 5 yr old and he was very comfortable. I highly recommend booking this spot for your next trip to Jervis

Lovely beach house

The beach house was so lovely and really clean! The house was literally 2 minutes walk to the beach which was amazing! The kitchen had all the essentials you would need, and Vincentia is a 10 minute drive if you want to stock up on groceries. We recommend bringing dvds as there tv reception cuts in and out a lot. Also bring a sleeping mask, as there are no blinds on the windows.

Lovely break

Thank you for a lovely break away from busy life! We love how well stocked the kitchen was. Saw some wildlife which was amazing and access to the stars at night was beautiful.

Lovely family getaway

We had a lovely family getaway. The Boathouse is very comfortable, well equipped and perfect for little kids as well. Hope to be back soon. Thank you for the wonderful time "Boathouse".
