Convenient location

We had a lovely time staying at this properly. It was fairly clean and the location was perfect. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The only downside of this property is that you can hear all the noises from the upstairs properly but other than that it was perfect for us.

Great location but accomodation problematic

Clean and close to beach, but the little unit looked like a motel. Firstly you could hear all the noise from upstairs, the back area was unloved and ugly and could not use to relax + the light is in the upstairs unit! No shelves or drawers in bedrooms had to live out of luggage. The beds were extremely uncomfortable- my daughter ended up with a bad back. The unit felt like a motel, for the price we definable wanted more. The car space was an issue, it’s impossible to get 2 SUV at the top, we had to get our upstairs neighbours to move there car every time we need to get out, and hope they were home. We could have enjoyed ourselves if there was not the loud constant noise from upstairs, there has been no thought put in to muffle the noise and when you are still up at 2am from the noise- it ruins your holiday! We love Hyams and the agents were good, but we will never stay at this property again.

Great location and clean

All round a great experience. The property is a 1 min walk to the beach. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. The property is very clean and the managing company were a pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful location

Was a great place to stay with children. With only a short stroll down to the beautiful beach each morning and then having a big grassed backyard to play ball in after the beach. The unit was very clean and comfortable. A welcome bottle of wine and chocolates was a nice extra touch too.

Great location. Only a few steps away from the beach and the cafe. When we arrived late in the evening, their was a kangaroo in the backyard which was amazing. The grill was great and the airbnb had everything we needed during our stay.

Best beach in the world!

Perfect location, right across from the main beach access, and 2 mins walk to the local caf. House was clean and well stocked. Great big back yard and super private. Our family of four had the best time. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great get away!

Perfect Location

This is a perfect location to enjoy Hyams Beach - steps from the beach and the Hyams Cafe. The house was clean and well equipped for a great stay. The staff at Holiday Collections were extremely helpful, especially Emma, who helped me to secure my booking.

Nice property - good location

We stayed here for the weekend and we're really pleased. Excellent location, very short walk to the beach (less than 2 minute walk). The property has a large back yard which is good for kids to play in or to have a BBQ outside. The place was clean good size for either 4 adults or 2 adults 2 kids. We will definitely be back in near future.

Great location!

Perfect for our family of 4. Clean & neat. Only negative was there was a big TV (kids got excited) but it didn't work (no signal). Kids disappointed but parents happy! :) Close to beach & cafe!
