“Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out.”

“We wound up not staying. The first room was in a construction site, dust everywhere, guys working with a grinder. Going to the second room was like going to a prison cell. We didn’t feel safe. It was too weird for us.”

“There was a noise in the room sometimes but I didn’t think anything of it, but then last day the headboard shook violently and a clawing sound was there. I think there’s a fat rat under the bed”
