Beautiful villa with lovely surroundings

Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen had all the basics you needed for a holiday and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and one bathroom also had a bath. Social lounge area with TV. The only negative was the lack of WIFI. Would definitely return and recommend. Thank you, we had a wonderful week.

Villa très bien placée , facile de se garer, a proximité de plages et de balades. Logement dans son jus mais agréable et fonctionnel. Une étoile de moins pour le ménage et la terrasse qui aurait mérité un coup de balai pour éviter de salir la piscine. Mais c est chose faite a présent

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans la maison pour une réunion entre amis, tout est bien aménagé pour accueillir un groupe de 10 personnes. Nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine début octobre ! L'emplacement est idéal à proximité des plages à pieds, du sentier du littoral en voiture. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs, la communication fluide avant et pendant notre séjour. Le départ et l'arrivée flexibles, ce qui a facilité l'organisation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Nous connaissions déjà la maison que nous avions déjà occupée il y a 2 ans. Nous l’avons retrouvée avec plaisir. La piscine est magnifique. La maison est très bien située, permettant d’aller à la plage, au village de Giens à pied.

Schön, aber hatten schon schöner

Das Haus hat einen fantastischen Pool, der schön groß und tief ist. Was man auf den Fotos nicht sieht ist, dass es in einer "Wohnsiedlung"liegt, von anderen Häusern umgeben. Wir hatten in anderen Häusern meist Alleinlage mit herrliche Blick über die Landschaft, Hügel, das ist hier nicht der Fall. Man sieht zwar vom fast uneinsehbaren Pool in der einen Richtung schön in einen kleinen Kiefernwald, aber um einen rum, sind halt Häuser, ein direkter Nachbar, definitiv nicht erfreut über laut spielende Kinder im Pool, der auch mal rüberschreit und Musik und Gespräche von anderen Häusern sind zu hören. Irreführend ist auch die Zimmeranzahl. Im Endeffekt gibt es im Haus 3 schöne Schlafzimmer mit kleinen Doppelbetten und Klimaanlagen. Oberhalb der kleinen Wendeltreppe, die vom Wohnzimmer ins 1. OG geht, steht ein Sofa, z. Ausziehen und noch 2 Einzelbetten unter einer fensterlosen Dachschräge , beides ohne Tür und offen nach unten, , also keine Zimmer (kein schöner Ort zum Schlafen). Dann gibt es neben der Garage, ohne Verbindung zum Haus! einen ganz okayen Raum mit Balkontür und 2 Einzelbetten, aber daneben, durch ein Bad getrennt, ist ein weiteres "Schlafzimmer" in einem ehemals Kellerraum nur mit schmalem Oberlicht und 2 Einzelbetten. Beide ohne A/C. Will man ins Haus muss man außenrum über die Treppe im Garten nach oben gehen. Generell ist das Haus etwas unsauber, Kühllschrankfächer fehlen, Eisfach total vereist, Außendusche kaputt. Lage zum Meer, da Insel klein super.

La maison n’est pas entretenue et un peu petite. Pour 12 personnes. Il y a beaucoup de lampes qui ne marchent plus. Beaucoup de choses sont cassées et pas renouvelées par exemple fauteuil de Jardin. Qui s’entend en nombre insuffisant Les tapis de douche, par exemple, sont très anciens et mériterait d’être changé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa. L'emplacement est ideal. Pas mal de petites choses seraient à moderniser mais c'est aussi ça qui fait son charme.

Vacances entre amis a Hyeres

La maison est fonctionnelle mais les equipements un peu vetustes. On a adoré la superbe piscine juste en face de la terrasse avec le systeme de barriere qui s’enleve pour les enfants. On a moins aimé: la literie de facon generale (matelas en mousse trop mou qui forme une cuvette, lit trop court pour un adulte de 1m90).

Superbe séjour entre filles a l'occasion de mes 40 ans. La maison est très agréable, elle dégage de belles ondes, dans son jus, mais c'est ce qui crée ce cocon presque familiale. Dommage que la piscine ai viré, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d'en profiter. Merci

Nous avons passé une jolie semaine en famille dans cette agréable maison. Celle-ci correspondait bien à la description qui en était donnée, il était bien agréable d'avoir autant d'espace. Un petit problème avec la machine à laver la vaisselle a été rapidement résolu par la personne de contact sur place. Un petit regret: que l'accès pédestre à la plage la plus proche (La Badine) nécessite 200 m de marche le long d'une route passante.
