"Great place to stay"

"The room was clean and tidy. There was a tea/hot water/coffe maker in the room and a separate electric kettle. It's a good hotel. Have a god service. "

"Strict policies on cancellation even after calling 5 min after my error was a total let down. Was booking Toyoko Inn Nara Oji-eki Minami-guchi, but by error booked Toyoko Inn Higashi Osaka. Called 5 min after noticing error and requested to cancel or adjust to the preferred one. Only to be told I have to pay ¥9,537 for cancellation. Poor listening and customer service. Nonetheless the rest was ok. "

"The complementary breakfast was great. Room was a little small but nice to have one at the end of the hallway for privacy. Having a laundry amenities was also nice to have and definitely was used."

"Great budget choice a bit out of the city center, but with convenient one-train access to Shin-Osaka (shinkansen station) and Namba/Dotonbori. Breakfast is solid, especially at this price point. As a new hotel, everything is in great shape. "
