“The location that was put in the map is not where the hotel is, I had to travel for 3 hours from where they showed it was located to where it actually was because of the distances and traffic which was the reason why I was looking to book a hotel close to the airport. I called hotels.com to complain about it and they couldn’t not help me, Which I found disappointed! The booking said the rooms included breakfast but upon getting to the property, the management said they wouldn’t give us breakfast……

“I had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The place was clean, services worked well, and the front desk staff was, mostly, very courteous and helpful. I want to especially thank the front desk staff Ms Adeola for her helpful, courteous, kind and friendly service throughout my stay. Also thanks to the housekeeping staff for keeping the place clean throughout and to the IT staff for their prompt attention to any issues that arose as well. ”

“I had a pleasant and memorable stay. The location in GRA Ikeja is quiet, clean, and easily accessible. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed offered a touch of luxury and great comfort. However, there was no view from the room, and the staff could be more welcoming—they rarely smiled or made guests feel at ease.
