"I absolutely loved this hotel, yes it’s a bit outdated and needs an upgrade but the room was spotless and the staff were amazing and so helpful! I’ve been coming to Ibiza for the last 20 years and stayed in many hotels around the island including top hotels like Hard Rock where staff are rude with arrogant attitude! Here the staff couldn’t do enough for us! We requested top floor room with sea view and were put in room 701 which was at the end of the corridor so you don’t get people walking past all the time and the view was spectacular! Yes the cleaners are a bit loud in the morning but you get that in most hotels and at least they wake you up so you don’t miss breakfast which btw was pretty decent too! My partner also tried the gym and said it was better than in most 5* hotels! There were 2 lovely ladies and a gentleman at the reception which were alway smiling and happy to help with anything. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Ibiza! "
