We found that the other two domes were empty but the owner simply didn’t provide the better view dome. There are not much restaurants nearby. Top Ichihara Hotel Reviews

Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is in an amazing area near the station."

Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Ikebukuro

8/10 Good

"This is a large hotel in a good location close to a main train and subway station. The room was small as was the bathroom (Superior Queen room). The bed was not very comfortable. We tried the buffet breakfast which was heavily Japanese. If you want an American breakfast go elsewhere. We also tried one of the restaurants on the 25th floor and it was casual but not bad. We enjoyed the orient express bar. Staff we all great and super helpful. Laundry facility was great."
