Super convenient location. Roomy. Allowed for some personal privacy during visit. Ability to use garage increased sense of security of belongings in the car. Home base for fly fishing in the region with multiple world class rivers within 90 minute drive. Would definitely use the property again in the future.

Wonderful property for a large group

We had a group of 9 people and the accommodations were more than enough. The house is spacious, the kitchen is wonderful, and the bathrooms are great! The location is centrally located making it a short drive to any activities.

Very Nice!

Great location. Plenty of room for a family. Very comfortable and updated home. House is just across the road from the river greenbelt that runs through the city. We would definitely stay there again.

Grandparents and grandchildren

We take our grandkids somewhere every summer. This year it was Idaho Falls. This was the perfect house very roomy with a large kitchen. We went to bear world, the zoo, water park and the potato factory. The rest of the time we watched movies and had a relaxing time. Thank you

Very comfortable and accommodating!

The house was VERY clean and comfortable. Great location and quiet neighborhood. The communication was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The mattress was a real mattress and not the cheap, hard foam mattresses that we have been seen way too often in other places we have stayed. This house is the top of our list for future trips to Idaho Falls.

It’s the little things

The house was exactly as advertised and pics were accurate. I really appreciate a VRBO that doesn't skimp on strange things and this one was really well appointed. It sounds foolish, but there was plenty of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap etc which is nice. Also, the kitchen supplies are well above the average VRBO which is also nice. The appliances were great as well. Would definately rebook if we return to Idaho Falls.

Along the snake river

Great house to stay. Furnish very well. Large kitchen and very inviting location close to the walking paths of the snake river. I would want the sinks unclogged fully and the one basement bedroom fully cleaned. Overall I would stay there again in a heartbeat

Wonderful!!

Nice house in a great location

House was spacious and clean. Large garage to park two vehicles. Location is great - across the street from beautiful river walk and Idaho falls. Made for a great run or walk each morning. Property manager was very responsive to a couple questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home close to river

What a beautiful and spacious home! Neighborhood was quiet and just a 2 minute walk to the river! Communication with owner was prompt and easy. I would go back and stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful and pleasant stay!

Great place

Need clear instructions on the elec/combo lock. All we got was the code without instructions on how to get the key pad to come on, this is just meant to be helpful going forward. They were very helpful to get us in another way and the place was above what we were expecting. Everything worked great, was clean and the location was perfect.

Nice house BUT….

Pros: -Nice well kept house-large kitchen and dining area-living room had comfortable couches and plenty of sitting room-bedrooms and bathrooms were nice-customer service responded quicklyNegatives:-The dishwasher was not installed correctly and was not anchored down. This meant the dishwasher almost fell out several times while we were loading and unloading it. Peoplewere almost injured several times. We notified Conmingo the first day and they said they’d send someone out to fix it. We never heard back and when we left after our week stay it was still not fixed-Property is advertised as having AC. It is NOT a whole house AC. It is a wall unit in the kitchen. The only places that get cold are the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms get hot and many windows are missing screens making it difficult to cool down the house.-The management company wants you to use a door (what they call a man door) with a keypad to enter into the garage area and not use the actual garage door. The keypad is very confusing and didn’t always work-We found a lamp in a bedroom with a damaged cord with exposed energized wires. -5 can lights were out in the kitchen-When we contacted Conmigo about issues in the house, they were quick with a response, but there was never any action on the issue themselves
