Hi we're sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We did have maintenance check and none of our yurt beds are currently broken. If there was an issue of that kind we do ask guests to notify our front desk so we can address that sort of issue. We also try our best to make it clear we are located right off of I-70 and we do provide ear plugs to those who request any.

We're sorry you did not enjoy your camping experience in one of our yurts. We do try to state to the best of our ability we are located right off of I-70 in a mountain corridor and you may hear noise at night. We do offer guests ear plugs as requested at our front desk. For our beds, they are wooden-framed bunk beds and can creak, but so can any frame of bedding. Again we try to make it clear this is a camping/glamping experience in the mountains with recent upgrades made like electrical outlets and lighting in the yurt which we didn't have in former years. We strive to make the yurt-experience a fun stay for guests.

Hi I'm not sure you posted this review in the right place. This is our Expedia yurt platform and you mentioned staying in a cabin? We also like to address these sorts of issues with our housekeeping staff after stays and not knowing which cabin/day you stayed makes that challenging. We will bring this to the attention of our housekeeping to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Hi Katie, thanks for the review -glad you had a good stay. We've recently had some yurt guests take the lanterns we provide with them when they leave so we just purchased 3 new, larger flashlights and put them in the yurts last night. We hope you come back again for another stay in the future and hope you have a happy New Years!

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We do make it clear on all our platforms and our website that we are right off I-70 and you may hear traffic noise at night. We also offer activities on property internally through our company (not contracted out) such as Via Ferrata guided mountain climbing, ziplining, UTV tours, and rafting.

Thank you for leaving a review! We do have instructions on how to operate the heating in the yurts in our Welcome Booklets, but if you ever need assistance with that let someone at our front desk know during business hours and they can help to turn the heater on.

Also, the night that you stayed with us was the first time that the temperature had dropped that low at night, and we have now added our heaters back into the yurts. Thank you for this review, we're glad you enjoyed it but I'm sorry for the misunderstanding with our terms "glamping" and "camping style". We do consider our Yurts "glamping" because there is a bed, a foundation and it is insulated with a propane heater. The WiFi connection is due to the nature of the camps structure. The WiFi comes from the main building and reaches out as far as it can which means sometimes the Yurts can be too far away. However, the cabins have built in WiFi. If you have any other questions before booking give us a call and we will happily answer them for you so you are well accommodated for your next stay. Thank you so much for the feedback!
