Good hospitality for this price in January 2023. This resort seems more like a resort condo complex, not hotel. But size of rooms are generally small like of good Japanese business hotels. Non-fuse breaker is in the room and once too much stress was on it while using some electric appliances at the same time, the electricity was cut off and the room door, which is electrically controlled, was fully opened and the lights of corridor streamed into the room and spotlighted us on the bed. It was very weird. SPA was good. Food is average.

Beautiful view on Igalo. Excellent guest service and clean hotel. Room is very good. Area around hotel is really all you need for your vacation. See you again thank you.

Hote was grate spa is amazing but service and hotel room was provided was not what I booked I paid more and book specifically for queen bed and I received 2 twin what initial price of booking that was cheaper. I went to reception but was going to take too long to change room that we decided not to change anymore cause of the waste of time. Really disappointed and staff not helpful at all

First they forced us to pay Euro 53 additional fee per night since I had a guest knowing that they didn’t upgrade my room and initially I booked a queen bed. Moreover, we checked the prices at the booking time and even on spot when they asked to pay additional fee. Yet, the price per night was the same for 1 or 2 persons.
In addition, after 12 o’clock am they have no room service.
The bathroom was not clean also they have no iron in the room. We asked for one and they said we don’t have but we can sand ur stuff to the laundry but you shall pay
