"Room & entire premises extremely cold. Central radiators were off. She turned on the AC in the room and set it to cool to 73ºF, but the room was in the 50's. I figured out how to reset it and left for dinner. We returned to no electricity. We had to negotiate a candle.
Room was extremely small, only 2 ft on each side of a double bed, which was lumpy. No place for suitcases. She suggested we open them in the car and take in what we needed. Bathroom was clean, but small with no room to put anything. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special."

"All staff were amazing from our check in to bar service to dinner service. I had a massage which I would highly rate. Otavio and Bruno really stood out for us and went the extra mile. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very comfortable room and lots of lovely hotel facilities. We will definitely stay there again. "
