「Modern and stylish hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Everyone we encountered was helpful, accommodating, and truly went the extra mile. The rooms are spacious, all offering ocean views, and the spa treatment was both relaxing and enjoyable. That said, two aspects could be improved. First, the cocktail program falls short of what you would expect from a hotel associated with a 3-star dining experience. Second, the room design and descriptions are misleading. 「Beautiful hotel right in front of concha beach. Had a very homely feel. As if you were staying at a friend’s fabulously tasteful house. Very lovely bedroom , comfortable bed and quiet ( in the night ) despite being right in front of the beach. Easy to walk into the old town- five minutes walk. 」

「The host Blanca was very attentive and most helpful. The Villa was a short bus ride from the centre and the buses were every 10 minutes. The bed and bedding were fabulous and the breakfast a delight.The secure parking was a bonus.」
