“リビング、ダイニング、寝室とどれをとっても十分なクオリティでした。さらに今回の感染対策として、事前にメールにて入口暗証番号をお知らせ頂き対面でのチェックイン手続きは一切無し。電話問い合わせにも親切にご対応頂き、宿泊当日は前日からの宿泊客が無かった模様で朝9時から部屋利用を融通していただきました。ありがとうございます。孫2人、弟家族3人での宿泊でしたが、皆大喜びで延泊リクエストが続いていました。 ゲレンデには目の前の第3駐車場からシャトルバスでの移動が便利です。好きな場所に連れて行ってくれます。我々はゴンドラとの行き来に両日利用しました。”

“We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through Expedia, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Happo One Gondola Adam—and very peaceful.”

“We stayed at the Apartments Hakuba last minute when our original hotel proved to be extremely dirty and uncomfortable. The owners were quick to respond which made our last minute booking easy! Only thing I would change is making the beds more comfortable and providing some coffee or at least a standard coffee pot, only option was a little Nescafe machine where you needed specific pods, so we had to leave to grab coffee each day since we didnt have a car.
