Omachi Lake Aoki Hotels

"Clean room…great staff"

"I can not more highly recommend Shirouma So! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly situated near the bus terminal, Happo One, and restaurants. The onsen was the perfect way to finish a day on the slopes. The food was excellent and there was plenty of variety - while breakfast is set, it is different every day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely, great location, friendly staff"

"The place was cosy and the host was so very helpful with transport to grocery shopping and station, & lift passes. The small house had all the facilities you need and was toasty. "

"Great staff"

"This property is incredible, everything you need for a perfect stay. Kitchen well equipped , everything in great condition. If coming to Hakuba this is the place for you"

"This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! Such a cool, eclectic hotel, right off of the slopes. Coolest staff, and absolutely loved the silk screening session with our newfound friends."

"Great property. Close to ski resorts and easy to get around "

"Very friendly"

"Few days before checkin, property will email you the unit number and the access code to the door lock. Property is clean. It's short distance away from cafes and food. Parking on site too."

"The place was excellent! "

"Comfortable and run by lovely people. The attached restaurant is very good too."

"Although the property is not exactly updated, it was incredibly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s located right in front of the beginners lift and was close proximity to the ski school and shuttle pick up. I would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"I wish that host can provide clear instructions on how to check process. Not knowing how to get in touch with a host was big troublesome."
