Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“I had a fantastic stay at Rosselli. I’m not even sure where to start…! The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful - very comfy bed, great amenities, extremely spacious and even had a sauna! Location is fantastic - right in the middle of Valletta and close to everything but the room was really quiet, which was an unexpected bonus in such a noisy, busy city! Thanks again to the team for such an amazing welcome / stay - I will definitely be back! ”

Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! “Overall a good stay with great service, location, and facilities. The staff are very professional. That said, I'm disappointed about two things. First, my Expedia Platinum status did not result in the room upgrade I requested. Second, there was no pricing information for the mini-bar items in the room. It’s quite confusing to see a fridge full of items without knowing the cost; I didn't feel comfortable consuming anything until I called to confirm, only to be told that only water/coffee were……
