“Bon séjour malgré un problème de lit : les photos et la description de la chambre proposées par le site ne correspondaient pas à la réalité, au lieu de 2 lits doubles nous avons eu un lit et un canapé-lit pas confortable du tout. Heureusement la gérante a remédié au problème pour la nuit suivante en nous proposant une 2ème chambre avec un vrai lit. (merci à elle !) Hôtel propre, bon emplacement, parking gratuit, belle vue depuis la terrasse, petit déjeuner correct. Conclusion : hôtel correct……

“Hotel is pretty run down, paint peeling, dirty carpet, a ton of things are cracked. Rooms and bathroom are small and there is no elevator. The air conditioning worked but makes a very strange noise that never stops. If you want something cheap thats walkable to a lot of things, this place is fine but more 2-star than 3 star.”

It is a little bit far from everything but there are markets nearby and the bus is really easy to take. My only complaint is that when we arrive, the man at the reception told us that we had not paid, he charged us for our stay, we could not get the receipt from Expedia because we had no Internet, and he would not give us Wi-Fi until we paid. “THIS is the place to stay when staying near Saint Jean De Luz. We actually decided to book here last-minute after our other hotel (highly rated, btw) was lackluster and we wanted to keep the good vacation vibes going. This is a renovated estate with the original building dating from the 1600s. We stayed in the smallest room, but even this was super well appointed and comfortable for two people.
