「Ottima location, hotel molto accogliente, pulito e con tutti i servizi necessari. Personale cordiale e ottima colazione. Ci tornerei!」

「Property and staff were excellent」

「This place blew us away. We have stayed all over the world in hotels that cost a lot more money or similar. The experience here was absolutely top notch. The receptionist and other staff were so helpful and so sweet. We were so impressed by the level of service and how friendly everyone was. Such a great experience. We will send all our friends and family here. Exceptional.」

「Perfect place! The only setback is the restaurant service outside, which was ultra slow and subpar, but anything else is top notch. Would stay again.」

「Nice hotel n great locations. Nice balcony and view 😁」

「Personnel et lieu agréable」

「Lovely place, one really feels like you're alone in the countryside. We stayed only one night on a stop in between places. It's decorated very nice and is very clean, although not a lot of amenities; what I hadn't expected is that there's no staff there in the evening or overnight and it seemed we were the only ones staying on the premises; we were a bit concerned that if anything happened, we were abandoned, with no instructions who to contact if something was needed. 「This is a lovely hotel situated on the main street leading down to the small beach at Port Vieux , Biarritz. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and a welcome drink ( glass of sangria ) , which was a nice touch. Rooms compact but very cosy with good bathroom and very comfortable bed . Decent breakfast included in the price . 2 minutes walk to coast , and excellent restaurants nearby .Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any friends who were visiting Biarritz.」

「Great location near to the beach, bars and restaurants. We had chosen this hotel as the room description stated there was a mini fridge, however this was not the case which made it difficult to store milk for our baby.」

「Small room and bathroom with a small shower that does not shield water well. The floor is very watery after the shower. There’s room to improve.」

「Can’t recommend. Photos don’t do the place justice for how dirty and broken it was. Breakfast was gross. The staff was lovely.」

「Unmanned reception after 2pm - a joke for a so called hotel Parking - forget it Pillows - monks sleep on better Dated, tired and very noisy until early hours No thank you! :-((」

「Nice location and room.」
