“Hotel was great , best breakfast so far and close to beach. The ocean is intense so be careful . The front desk staff was a bit off in the beginning but then one of them made it up. I did have to uber to activities and this hotel feels like it’s on its own side of Rio. Hotel was great, keep in mind is one towel for the pool per day that was the only 👎. I went to the beach then had a sandy towel and rinsed off and wanted the a new towel for the pool and I was denied a new towel . With a hotel……

“Positiv in dem Hotel war das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal am Empfang / Rezeption. Außerdem war das Frühstück echt in Ordnung. Insbesondere die ganzen weichen Brötchen.
Okey bis schlecht war jedoch leider der Rest. Die Zimmer waren so semi sauber. Wir hatten einmal eine dreckige Decke, der Abfluss im Bad war nicht sauber und unsere Toilette nicht mehr fest verankert (Raum 1150). Der Pool hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und das Personal scheint dort etwas überfordert zu sein.……
