“Bonjour après avoir payé sur expédia et confirmée mon séjour une fois à l’hôtel il m’ont dit nous n’avons pas de compte avec expédia ils n’on pas accepté de me donner la chambre et expédia n’a rien mise à part il sont échanger avec moi des messages nous allons régler ça mes rien n’a été réglé j’ai du aller réserver dans un autre hôtel cash c’est horrible et chaque soir c’est la même histoire avec expédia ”

“The views from the hotel’s panoramic rooms are amazing and the breakfast was of good quality. The hotel is on a main street which is very noisy. If you are sensitive to noise, bring your headphones. Rooms lack proper maintenance. I had to call the front desk several times to send someone to fix things. Even the elevator’s lights were out, so it was pitch black while in it. Beds were comfortable, but all in all a bad experience. ”

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling—they really made the experience even better. “Camera ampia e pulita con acqu in bottiglietta sempre disponibile e gratuita. In caso di escursioni presto é possibile chiedere la colazione al sacco chr si può ritirare direttamente la mattina alla reception. Molto comodo il servizio auto da e per l’aeroporto. Personale gentile e colazione in terrazza ottima. Unica pecca é che le stanze potrebbero essere meglio insonorizzate verso l’esterno. Purtroppo l’hotel è su una strada trafficata e gli egiziani hanno una propensione all’utilizzo del……
