“Nice area, very well kept house and easy check-in process. Good parking”

“Amy was a great communicator! Home was well stocked and clean. It is evident that the host wants her guests to be happy! The house is exactly as pics show! GREAT LOCATION! When I booked it I did not realize that there was 1 bathroom. (my fault). I made a couple of suggestions to owner and she was very receptive. We would rent again!”

“Everything was seemingly fine and perfect!”

“Good. Its has steps to get to 2nd floor if you have knee issues. But overall great experience”

“Excellent, relaxing stay near everything! The place was better than advertised: we loved the high ceilings and fans, the comfy bed and sheets, the decor, the breakfast room in the back, and the relaxing furniture. It is bigger than expected! The neighborhood was also excellent: close proximity to Tower Grove Park for a morning jog and coffee, close to Gravois which has everything to eat, and close to the interstate for easy access. Overall, this is an ideal stay for a couple getaway!”

“The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the……

“Nice and roomy place! The shower was a little messy when we went but everything else wemt well”

“The layout of the apartment was small but nice with relatively new furniture. The host responded quickly to any questions and followed up to make sure we found it ok since the apartment can be a little tricky to find at first. Lots of restaurants/bars nearby so it’s good for nightlife. However, I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness that contradicted the high rating this place had. The floor needed a serious mopping/swiffering as my kids feet quickly became black walking around. The……

“This was an extraordinary experience with great property and location and the description of the property was exact on. The host was very helpful when it came to anything we was needing very much appreciated and look forward to staying with this property owner again.”

“Stayed only one night for a law school graduation. The apartment was clean and had properly locking doors. The bed was hard as a rock. Zero give, and my spouse and I both had aching shoulders and backs the next day. The biggest issue, something I have NEVER in years of VRBO rentals had to do, was submit not only my photo ID but also an additional selfie to get access to the unit. This was NOT disclosed in the listing (only said you MAY need to provide additional ID), and was incredibly intrusive……

“Joe was an excellent host and responded very quick. Place was very nice and clean. Great amenities. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Joe.”
