“We weren't happy with our accommodation at first but after we expressed our disappointment to the Manager, he was very accommodating and offered us another room. Throughout our stay, his service and the staff has been very accommodating. The environment of the hotel was comfortable and the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious too. The only downside is how outdated the rooms and facilities were. If only the owner and upper management would upgrade, I would go back to stay……

“I made a reservation for March 5, 2025, and arrived at the hotel around 5:30 PM after a long and exhausting journey with my family from Colombo. The road conditions were extremely poor, and the location is very remote, making the trip even more difficult.

“Het is een aangenaam verblijf maar kamer zat vol muggen al zat er een anti mug plug in. Geen enkele kapstok of kast om kledij op te hangen. Van 7u s morgens tot 22u jazz muziek is te veel. Geen keuze gehad tussen Europees ontbijt of Sri likaans. Brits ontbijt gekregen,is een afknapper,brood is droog en ongeroosterd..”
