「We weren't happy with our accommodation at first but after we expressed our disappointment to the Manager, he was very accommodating and offered us another room. Throughout our stay, his service and the staff has been very accommodating. The environment of the hotel was comfortable and the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious too. The only downside is how outdated the rooms and facilities were. If only the owner and upper management would upgrade, I would go back to stay...

「We stayed in 6 different hotels during our trip in Sri Lanka and this one is by far the best one. Luxury feel with amazing view, spacious rooms and balcony, great service and breakfast. My favorite part is the pool, big with an amazing view of the field and farm. Note that it's almost 1km from the main road so you probably won't go out much.
