Best Western Incheon hotels

"Friendly staff that spoke English well enough to communicate. Clean & well maintained rooms/lobby. The studio room was perfect for our 2.5 week stay w/cooktop, full sized fridge, microwave and washing machine & drying rack to do laundry. Great location close to Lotte mart and several convenience stores. Perfect location right next to Unseo subway station and close to the airport. Also appreciated the complementary hotel shuttle service to and from the airport. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I added on the breakfast but the hotel was fully booked so they redirected me from where the usual breakfast is to another location on the other side of the hotel. I ended up not using the breakfast even though I paid ahead for it. The room was stuffy, and the AC very inconsistent. The room was very spacious and overall comfortable other than the beds, which were terrible - rock hard. The pillows were also lumpy. I didn't go into the casino but the rest of the venue was amazing with so many shops and dining options and the splash zone was very nice. I attendedd a concert in Inspire Arena and it was priceless to be able to easily walk over to the Arena, enjoy the show and walk back to my room. I'd happily stay again for that reason, the great staff and nearby shopping/dining."

"Stayed overnight waiting on a an early morning flight. Did not sample the restaurant but it looked totally acceptable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was a bit small but was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. Attached to the hotel was a small convenience store where my wife and I purchased a couple of instant noodles. All in all the hotel fit our needs perfectly."

"We enjoy this property a lot however there is a construction near by that make the commune more difficult so in order to go move is better to rent a car or call a taxi (which I did in order to be able to explore more) I would love if there are instructions on how to open the door if you order food or if you are waiting for somebody also I could not figure out on how to have two keys, overall I will come back also there are plenty of restaurants around. Please make the translation for the laundry machine! "
