This area is outside of the cell city and you can get in by using the Subway or Metro it takes about an hour to get inside the city there is a Subway station nearby, there is an extra charge for late checkout and early check-in, the front desk is not open 24 hours they close at midnight and they open at 9:00 a.m.

staff is not very friendly, not greeting guests when check in. No patient when ask questions to staff. Not willing to storage luggage for us. And can’t find our next reservation so I will go ahead cancel our reservation not going to stay in this hotel anymore. Location is not close to airport , no shuttle can be reserved and staff just told us they can’t call taxi for us to airport

I liked that it was fairly close to the train station and walkable to restaurants. The place was quiet. However, the place was not very clean with lots of hairs on the floor and the bathroom products are NOT the fancy Malin Goetz as pictured, but random low quality products.

The hotel room was a very spartan room that was probably designed for a quick overnight stay for a businessman. There were some good things like the shower and a very big refrigerator. There was even a washer but we didn't have enough time to use it (or any soap). There was an electric kettle, but only tiny paper cups were provided. We didn't have to pay a lot for our one night stay, and the hotel was so close to the airport train, so it worked ok for us.

This was a lovely place to stay but I didn't appreciate being woken up at six in the morning because of all the construction going on around this location.

Thank you for review. Our hotel opened in December 2018 and is still less than a year old. All rooms were equipped with high-end beds and eco-friendly bedding to provide a comfortable rest area for all customers. Also, located by Incheon airport so, we provide free airport shuttle bus. (Just from hotel to airport.) 6:00am to 12:00pm everyday. and it takes 10~15minutes.

long walk from the station
Hard to find and long walk from the metro station. awkward and unreasonable room design. No breakfast. Washing machine in the room but no dryer makes it useless

Thank you for review. Our hotel near from Un-seo station(Airport Line) Exit 2. It takes 7~10mintues by walk. However, If you don't know the way, it may take a littile longer. From the metro station to our hotel, you can go straight to Exit 2. Actually our hotel 1st floor has restaurant named by 'GAIA'. The restaurant open at 7:00am everyday. When you check-in, our staff have to inform you about the restaurant, but we are sorry they couldn't.

No English, poor customer care
First I’d like to give an honest review. If I was just angry I’d give them a zero on everything. 1)I was traveling through late and needed to fly out the next day. Book a hotel online that gave a check out time of 11 AM. When I got there they said the rate I paid was for a 6 AM check out. I showed them my app, and my email received stating the 11 AM check out. After that if there was no issue, I would have given a good review. However they fought me on it and they were not going to give me the 11 AM. They said it was my issues and I needed to deal with hotels.com. I showed them the documentation again, they still said would not give me an 11am checkout until a asked them to give me a refund. They said that couldn’t. I honestly tried to be very kind and looked all over the emailed receipt for a 6 am checkout. If it was my issue, I’d gladly have paid. The main issue was that they just wouldn’t work with me until it was a super stressful situation. 2)Also I’d say if you don’t speak Korean this is not the place for you. I do know Korean and it worked but nothing in the room it in English That means no heat, a/c, TV etc. Comfort was great. It was new constuction but shower head still sprayed all over out the connection. I fixed that. It is set up with good apartment type amenities but no utensils. Drawers and cupboards are empty. When I checked out it was very “cold”. I asked for a receipt they said no. So I’m waiting to see what I’m being charged!

仁川アジアード競技場にてLIVEをみに来ました。 部屋には流しやIHコンロ、洗濯機が付いていました。 レンジは一階フロントにあります。 自動チェックインが上手くいかず電話したらすぐに来てくれました。 日本語は通じませんでしたが、親切でした。

フロントの方がすごく良く対応してくださいました。仁川国際空港まで近く、また韓国旅行の最終日は利用したいと思います。雲西駅はロッテマートがあったり食べ物屋さんがあり最終日に最適です。

チェックアウト時にルームキーが認識しないトラブルがあったが、電話すると隣のボックスに返却するように対応してもらった。 また、駐車場は隣に別の駐車場に入らないように注意が必要。 部屋の中に洗濯機もあって全体的に良かった。 また利用したい。

Vi var der kun for en enkelt nat, så det er lidt svært at bedømme. Men fint værelse med alt hvad man skal bruge. Men forstår ikke, de "vådligger" lagner på sengene. Det er pænt ubehageligt når det er varmt. Der et køkken installeret, men det var vidst forbudt at tilberede mad?! Ligger kun et stop fra Terminal 1, så det er nemt at komme til og fra Incheon lufthavn. :)

・連泊の場合はPlease Make Up Roomのプレートを外に貼っておいて方がいいです ・部屋のランドリーには乾燥機能はないですが、１階にコインランドリーがあります ・部屋のウォシュレットは電源が入らず使えなかったです ・チェックイン、アウトはキオスク端末ですぐできました 全体的には満足しています。ウンソの街の賑やかなブロックからは少し離れていますが、必要なものは大体近くにあり不便はありません。

Hotel très bien placé pour accéder à l'aéroport tôt le matin (metro, taxi, navette). On est bien reçu, la chambre est confortable, l'isolation phonique est bonne, la literie et le linge de maison de bonne qualité. On peut manger juste à coté. Il y a quelques navettes aeroport, il faut réserver bien à l'avance. Le service Expedia n'est pas au bin niveau, l'interface de conversation avec l'hotelier ne fonctionne pas. Pas de contact Expedia par conversation dans l'application, pas d'email, uniquement un téléphone qui ne décroche que très rarement. Ce n'est pas adapté aux voyages lointains sans telephone mobile local, il reste les cabines avec des frais élevés des attentes et de l'échec ...

- geschlafen habe ich gut, relativ ruhig, - auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber in die Ecken und auf die Ränder darf keiner gucken, insbesondere die Flure sind dreckig, - modern, aber sehr abgewohnt, - sehr unfreundliches Personal beim Check-in, - Waschmaschine ohne Waschmittel? es gibt nur große Packungen in den Convenience Stores zu kaufen... - Lage ist gut, ca. 10min zur Airport Train, - insgesamt eine Schlafmöglichkeit, mehr nicht, - würde ich wieder kommen? Nein.

인터넷상에서봣던거랑 방상태가 마니달랏어요 티테이블이랑 의자가잇엇는데 막상들어가보니 딸랑 침대만잇고 호텔이라기보다는 모텔느낌이엿네요 기본 칫솔외에는 다른 세면도구는 따루없고요!! 이가격에 이정도시설이라면 차라리 깨끗한 모텔을잡을건 후회!! 안내데스크도 여직원이 넘불친절해서 별루엿네요~~

元々アパートをホテルにしているようで、部屋が広いだけではなく、キチンや洗濯機などの設備も充実している。新しい建物のようでデザインもクリーンで設備が新しい。 また、周りにはコンビニやカジュアルなレストランがたくさんあり、ちょっとした食事にも困らない。ソウルの中心まで1時間以上という地理的な問題を除けばベストバリュー。
