It is so close to the airport, it is a nice place to rest after returning to Korea. I feel like the carpeting needs a steam clean. Also needs some soundproofing.

I had more than 20 hours of layover in Incheon, South Korea. This is a perfect place if you are looking for a quiet, easygoing and satisfying to spend the time rather than in the busy airport. Btw, Incheon International Airport is very easy navigate. It took three stops if you ride the airport railroad from terminal 2, and the hotel building right in front of the railroad exit. The room is basic, nothing fancy, it didn’t bother me that they don’t provide toothbrushes and shampoos and etc., they do provide towels, bath roles, waters and others. The room is clean, I do bring onetime use of bedsheets because my friends from HongKong warned me there’s bedbugs issues in South Korea recently, just for the sake of my own sanity… I think it’s just a rumor but since I heard, I just felt to make myself feel better. Anyway, I think this hotel is very clean, I especially enjoyed the convenience of this neighborhood, I felt superb safe walking around. I went to two restaurants, one serve the traditional Korean hot pot soups, I ordered the beef bone soup. Fantastic for the winter evening. Then I can’t resist myself going into another Korean barbecue place, the beef ribs and steaks were amazing! There’re so many choices within walking distance, 7-11 and drugstore, I am really happy with my choice. For the traveler that carries a lot of luggage, I would suggest to contact the hotel for shuttle. Only one thing bothering me is the hotel take and keep my passport copy.

Excellent location
The hotel employees were helpful and went the extra mile. Breakfast varied and well organized. From the hotel you can walk to the Unseo train station, which is at a distance of two minutes from the hotel.

Dirty room on Eighth Floor!
Not so good this time. Woke up in the morning to find that one of the coffee cups was dirty with dried coffee from a previous stay. Dirty straw and food balls along the wall, behind the rectangle cushion bench next to the desk. Very disappointing.

The AC didn’t work and they sent someone to “fix” and it drill barely worked. Mold was in the AC. And staff didn’t know anything apparently because when we asked questions they kept saying i don’t know.

Great Recognition to Ms. Nara at Customer Service!! We left a hoodie at the hotel and the staff was very helpful to secure it and helped to ship to China for me. I made the Fedex Waybill but for some reason it did not allow me to schedule a pick up. Nara helped to print out the waybill and called local Fedex to schedule a pick up. A lot extra work was done by her and we feel being treated as a valued guest. Denifinately recommand this hotel.

HJ by Wyndham makes some odd choices.
Eco Friendly? Surprised you do provide basic soaps, but you have big disposable slippers in plastic wrap. Also surprised to see a full-size bus pick up two Pilots from the airport but won't let customers join the bus. So it runs empty to the airport and only picks up 2 people. then all the other customers have to take taxis or another bus. How is this Eco Friendly or even customer friendly?

The room's AC didn't properly work. It was Korean public holiday so all room are fully booked. The staffs offer a free breakfast and portable fans. Although it might be the best they can do, I expect the room to function as it should more than compensation.

First hotel I have ever had to pay for soap or shampoo. Also the air conditioner would not cool the room below 79 degrees. Won’t stay here again.
