The host is very friendly. You can add her through Wechat and she will provide you good instruction of contactless check in even late night! However be a bit careful that shuttle bus driver can’t speak English, if you take your ride late, please be careful he may do extra stop, so not always 2nd stop, we thankswere lucky we met a very helpful and nice Korean girl who also lives there, help us where to take off the bus! One thing I really like the hotel, it is very convenient for late or early flight, I also surprised it has a washing machine and clothes line. Very thoughtful for the host for travellers! Thanks

Pit stop for us landing late and taking another flight the next day to Jeju. There's a free bus service that stops outside the building and bus back to the international and domestic airport on the other side of the road too. Lady managing property was very nice and caring and had the heating on for us prior to our arrival.

Sister Pan was very helpful with instructions on catching the free shuttle bus from airport to the hotel and all the photos helped

Convenient for airport with free shuttle opposite the hotel. Quite clean. Good communication throughout. Good price. Dining and shopping nearby good. No sign to indicate where property was. TV didnt work. Funny sound when using hair drier. Cockroach in bathroom. Smell of cigarette smoke...

The room we stayed in was extremely nice and clean, however something you might have to tackle is self checking in. It was a hassle to get into our room but was very pleasant once we entered. There are a good amount of stores near the area so breakfast, lunch and dinner won’t be a problem.

The room is big and has a lot of space. It gave me and my friend a lot of space to fix our luggage. I like how the cabinets are big to put clothes and other stuff in and the bed is warm and cozy!! The only part I didn’t like is the towels are too small. But overall it was good. :)

The room was great and service impeccable. However, the shuttle ride was a littke confusing from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1. The order of stations that was given was for Terminal 1. The shuttle passes the Hyatt twice before it arrives at Int. Business center stop.

The staff lady was friendly but the access to get a service was quite weird coz no receptionist that your going to deal with. You have to send email request to the building manager / cleaners. But she is really nice!!

This was a really nice place. I had two minor issues. The heat was turned up really high when I entered and it took me a few minutes to get the keypad to turn on to enter the room. I was a late arrival and I left early so I did not see anyone associated with the property. I would stay there again.

We checked in late.It was confusing looking for the hotel. And there are 2 hotels in 1 building thats why. Also, make clear the name if the convenience store associated with the hotel so it can be spot easily. Property is clean, love the heated bed too. Very close to the airport and shuttle is free for airport transfer which is a plus.

Very well appointed room. Large and spacious and very clean. Great shower and modern bathroom. You would never find this hotel without explicit instructions from Sky Guestel and they excel at providing all you need to find the place with free transportation. Great overnight.

This property is great if you have a stop over in Seoul. We loved being able to walk to it from the airport and lived that everything was self serve. No hassles whatsoever. Would definitely stay again. I'd have liked coffee making facilities though.

Room was great- big, warm and comfortable , but finding the way to the room and check in was pretty difficult. Their building says “ Hotel Hu” on outside and then they have no front seat when you enter it . Have to go to second floor of the building and etc etc ….- They tried to send the detailed instructions in “ korean-“I think. we finally called them and had a japanese speaker amongst us who came to our rescue and sorted out the check in.
