It’s not a bad hotel. The view is gorgeous. However, the front desk staff never smile and say Hi to you when you come back to Hotel. It’s a little weird.

The place is brand new, and is probably also the reason for the problems I’ve had: The lobby was still under construction the whole time I stayed, and made the lobby lounge basically useless. There’s also not much going on nearby other than a huge park right in front of the hotel. The night before I left I asked the staff for the airport shuttle, and was given a piece of paper with the exact pickup location on a map. Yet when I went there the next morning it turned out to be about 100 metres away from the right place, so I missed the shuttle that runs only every 2 hours and had to call a taxi and spent extra $50. Until all this is fixed I can’t recommend the hotel to anyone else.

The room was below average in terms of condition and cleanliness. When I checked-in, I found a half eaten walnut and toothpick on the floor, there was hair in the tub, and there were red stains on the hand towel in the washroom. The room door was also very clunky (I had to slam the door every time just to close it properly).

The fire alarm went off TWICE AT THREE IN THE MORNING! Two days in a row. I understand that the fire alarm is a necessary aspect, but I paid nearly 200 dollars for the stay.

I stayed for 9 nights while attending a conference in Incheon at the Convention Centre. Hotel was clean, safe,perfectly located for easy walking access. But there were no food options at the hotel. The cafe only opened at weekends and there was no dining room at night. Breakfast was available but that is it. No tea of coffee other than a kettle in room. No glasses provided only two mugs. Staff at front desk had very limited English to recommend eating places nearby. I would stay somewhere else nearby with a cafe in future.

The property was beautiful, new, and convenient to the central park area and I enjoyed it very much. I would like to stay again. But the bathroom, tub and shower area has no place to put personal toiletries and no handle bars. It was somewhat dangerous because I had nothing to grab on while taking shower. I was also surprised to know that a taxi is the only way to get to the hotel from the airport. It would be a great if the airport bus transportation was available.

I love the Central park view and luxurious bath tub for bubble bath. And location is across of Central park that we really enjoyed. The transformation is convenient and it is right next to Metro and Bus stop. I would strongly recommend this hotel!!

The property itself is in a beautiful location and close to home, so it's walkable. It's close to Central Park and there are shopping, dining, and other options nearby. If the facilities were available, I would consider staying there again.
