「Ended up not being able to visit and they refused to refund any of the money, even though they had a weak notice that we were not going to be able to attend. Horrible people to deal with extremely rude. Do not recommend.」

「Great welcome by Alison , super room with a view to die for ! Lounge area by the log burner was perfect to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Evening dining was available which was fabulous and very high quality. Breakfast was also excellent made all the more special looking out to the view of the Loch . 「Went for two nights. Room was ok. TV was left on and remote didn't work at all. We had to ask about 4 times for bath towels. Also key card apparently get erased when closed to the phone which is ok but someone could tell us earlier to save me 5 trips to reception and 5th time lady seem very annoyed about it. Breakfast were just mediocre as everything was cold, not even warm, cold. And if you are vegetarian I hope you like boxed cereal. But building was very nice, warm with loads of characters....
