We Loved The Property
The house and pool were both clean. Property is a 3 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of good restaurants close by and a Walmart and grocery store is a 2 minute drive away. For us older folks I would suggest that a handicap rail be installed in the master bedroom walk-in shower and there are lots of sand spurs in the yard (ouch) so I wouldn't recommend walking barefooted in the grass but other than those two things the property is terrific. Neither of the two items I mentioned are deal killers and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great house in a great location
The house was very clean which impressed even my very clean inlaws. The layout of the house was great and it was well stocked in household items and enough daily items to get us settled in. Short walk to the beach and lots of stores nearby. The owners.were very responsive and the one small problem we had was fixed quickly. We would certainly return in the future.

Great Location
Very nice house on a dead end street of similar homes. All well maintained and a quiet street. We could walk to the ocean in less than 5 minutes. A signaled crosswalk was at the end of the street. Traffic was never heavy in the area. Close to great restaurants. I would recommend the Bleu Beach Resort Tiki bar on A1A and Meg Omally's in Melbourne.

Honeymoon Getaway
The house was absolutely beautiful. In a quiet neighborhood, steps away from the ocean. The place was very clean, roomy with all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The private pool was larger than anticipated although in November was a bit chilly to enjoy more than sitting around. The screened in area was a great place to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning. Yasmin was communicative and very accommodating. Would book again!

Excellent Beach-Close Property!
While we did have a few glitches with the pool that took a few days to repair, overall the property was amazing! This house is literally 3 houses from a crosswalk that takes you directly to the beach!!! The house is very comfortable, spacious, and modern. The owners were very kind & attentive to our needs! We would definitely come back!

Perfect home for a family vacation.
The property was very clean and updated. Perfect location in a nice HOA. The beach was just across A1A. About a 4 minute walk. We did not have anyone within 200 yards on each side of us. It was like having our own private beach. We got to watch a Spacex rocket launch one night from the beach with a perfect view. Our kids really loved the pool. The pool was actually refreshing to swim in because it was not heated. We had a great family vacation at this property and would not hesitate to stay again.

Great family vacation
Really enjoyed our stay at Waters Edge Lane. We have been frequent goers to Melbourne for many years and this is a fantastic location with quiet beaches and the pool is wonderful for family time. Will plan to stay again
