  • This townhome gives you the best of both worlds. If relaxation is what you seek then look no further. Direct oceanfront while in town with tons of restaurants within minutes,. The wrap around balcony offers the ability to sit in the sun or in the shade. Updated well stocked kitchen, allows the chef of the family to still be apart of the action while creating delicious meals and watching the waves roll in. Don't forget about the heated pool. The master bedroom over looks the ocean with a king size bed and the guests bedroom has 2 queen beds. There are 3 tv's so no one has to miss their favorite shows.

Great location for beach stays.

Very comfortable accommodation, spacious enough for us. It had everything we needed, just felt the whole complex could do with a little TLC, very dated and over priced for what it is. Location is good, pool is nice.

Nice but could be great

Could be 5 stars with a little maintenance & refresh but it’s acceptable as is (just not 5 stars). Really nice location and layout. Whatever they use to launder has a scent, so if you’re sensitive to scents, you may need to rewash linens.

Relaxing stay

It’s well maintained & clean. It’s an older property with an expected level of ware, but the inside is modern. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were nice subtle touches, like beach towels. The location was fantastic. Wi-Fi worked well. The paint on the outside steps and rail need work but they have restoration planned this spring.

Great Stay in beachfront unit with space for whole family!

We had a great stay in the condo. Beachfront view and gorgeous at sunset. The condo had a ton of items we could use for the beach. It was great to have a kitchen and dining area. Appreciate the games for the family time! Easy walk to the beach. You really cannot beat the value! Highly recommend and will be back to Villa Rivera. Thank you!!

Relaxing beachfront condo

We loved this condo and would definitely stay there again! The beach views from the living room and balcony are beautiful. The condo was clean, has been updated, and has a well equipped kitchen (we cooked many meals and had everything we needed). The complex is well maintained and the pool was warm and clean with plenty of loungers. The ac worked well, even for the upstairs bedrooms. There is one parking space reserved for you. The only non perfect things: the showers pull water from each other when using at the same time, and we needed to use ant bait (that worked with no further issues). This was one of our favs!

This place has not been cleaned since the last guest.

Don’t do it!!!! It almost midnight there were dirty towels all over both bathroom floors. There were no sheets on the bed, except for Paul of dirty sheets wired up on the king size bed. We couldn’t get a hold of anybody or even find clean sheets to Make the bed so we could stay. We ended up going to a hotel. Never stayed at this property. Messaged management and left a voicemail although she claimed to never have gotten any of the messages and voicemails we left. Finally got a hold of somebody after calling the next day and let her know we were at a hotel and the place hadn’t been cleaned since the last guests. they were supposed to give us a full refund, but three days later I’m still waiting. Next step civil lawsuit.

We arrived late in the evening - but instructions were easy to follow. The pics shown describe the condo perfectly. Being right out on ocean view was a great way to start each morning. It was quiet in the complex - so pretty much had it to ourselves. The only disappointment were the rules for the swimming pool. Not allowing any floats in the water - and shutting down at dusk. But overall close to a lot of shopping and eateries

Perfect spot on a beautiful beach

This place is great! It is directly on the beach which is beautiful white sand. You are close to grocery stores and restaurants but the property is quiet and quaint. The pool is super clean and warm.
