Beachfront Vacation Rental, Beautiful Views from the 1st story.

Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This unit does have a sleeper sofa as well. This 1350 sf condo is located in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the ground floor. This vacation rental complex is definitely one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. The covered parking spot is 20 yards from the front door so easy loading and unloading. The back door is 30 yards to the sand. This is awesome when you want to quickly run in from the beach to grab something. Now, onto the inside. The master bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. All linens and towels are provided.  And in the living and bedrooms there are TV's, the Content is supplied by Spectrum complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has two single beds, the laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided.

We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

Beautiful unit and great location! We enjoying being on the ground level and being able to walk straight out to the beach. They have everything you need for a wonderful beach visit! (I do recommend making sure you bring shampoo as no sample/starter bottles are provided). Communication was quick if you had any questions.

Relaxing, peaceful, convenient!

This was my 1st VRBO rental and I’m so glad we chose Indian Harbour Beach club! Our1st floor unit was newly remodeled and had EVERYTHING we needed to stay the week! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and even the crock pot was used! Super clean, comfy, and just steps away from the pool and beach! We even got to see 2 SpaceX launches from The Kennedy Space center on the beach! This is not a busy tourist area and we enjoyed every moment of it! Thank you Cindy for being a great hostess! We will definitely be back next year!

Perfect spot

My family and I traveled here for a wedding but wanted to make our trip a mini vacation too. This was the perfect spot. Ground floor, screened in front porch overlooking the ocean, a heated pool to the right of the room. We sat out on the porch every night. It’s not far from the Kennedy Space center and one night we decided to sit on the beach after dark, the sky lit up like the sun was rising. We were lucky enough to see a rocket being launched. It was amazing.

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time in this ground floor unit! It was just steps to the beach and the pool and with 3 kids under 6 it was so convenient. We did not have beach chairs in the unit but we bought a couple from Walmart and left them for the next family! Overall would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location

LOCATION just as advertised and more. Had the most perfect mother's day weekend ever. The apartment just as advertised and extremely well equipped from bedding to kitchen ware to laundry. No complaints. Clean, private and accessible. Cindy was a superhost. Had a minor issue with the AC on Sunday called Cindy and it was resolved promptly, and courteously by professional personnel.. Big THANK YOU to Cindy for making my stay remarkable. Will most DEFINATELY stay again and more so recommend it. Thank you Cindy

The beach…

This is a good location, staff is super helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. I will say that our unit is in need of some cosmetic work. There is a gap between the wall and ceiling in the shower, and several scuff marks on the door frames and front door. A few minor fixes and it would be amazing!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) stayed for 4 nights in August 2021 and absolutely loved it. It's on the ground floor and only a few steps from the walkway to the beach. If we return to Florida we would definitely consider staying again.

Great place for a family vacation

We live a little over an hour north of this property location but wanted to spend some time near Cocoa Beach without being in the middle of the chaos. This property didn't disappoint. We were literally feet from the water and spent a lot of time in the screened porch. The property is a little dated but for the price I didn't expect brand new and modern, so that wasn't an issue for us. Some of the beach items were in disrepair and couldn't be used, but there was so much seaweed that we didn't spend much time on the beach anyway. Parking spots are very tight, so I wouldn't bring a larger vehicle to park. We enjoyed our time here and will plan on returning!

Perfect location to the beach!

We stayed in condo 106 and it was absolutely perfect. Condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need including beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. We walked out the back door and within minutes we were on the beach. Could not have been happier!

Indian Harbor 28 Day Getaway

Very Nice Roomy 2 Bedroom, very simple but clean amenities.. An absolute gem in my opinion because you didn't spend all your time cleaning, even after 3 Grandchildren that stayed for a week. The ground floor was also excellent, with full view of ocean and sunrises, but no need to use elevator and walk entirely around building to head to beach and Pool. The unit was literally 20 steps to pool and 30 steps to beach. We will be going back next year and probably be returning for years to come!
