「good hotel」

「I totally enjoy this stay. Better than expected. I arrived late and only stay for one night so didn’t have too much time to experience all the facilities. It’s go Sauna room, swimming pool (for both adult and children), gaming room, children play room, spa services. What impressed me is the handicap free design inside the room. It’s really friendly for wheel chair users (see my photo for the bathroom). It’s my first time stay in India hotel and I am not sure if all hotels are design like...

「We had a very pleasant stay and the house was clean and tidy. If you want to experience like staying at home, this is a very good place to stay. The front desk ( Mr.Manivannan/ Mrs.Thanumathy/ Mr.Arun) and support staff ( Mr.Rabi ) was very polite and prompt in their service. 「2 night stop before flying from the airport. A nice hotel, friendly service and complementary breakfast, which is delivered to your room and resembles an airline type meal. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Good Wifi and AC. Very close to the metro (8 minute walk) and then 5 stops (15 minutes) to the airport, which is the reason I chose this hotel. If you turn right out of the hotel, that road literally has many dinning local options and snack shops, couldn't have asked for...

「To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay.
