「We loved this apartment, it was a very nice clean updated unit, equipped with everything you could need. It overlooks one of the two swimming pools on the complex plus there is BBQ areas, gym and tennis courts and a short stroll to the private access to the beach.Great communication with the owner throughout our 10 day stay.Great dining and shopping minutes away and the Old Town just a short drive.We highly recommended this apartment and we will certainly be coming back in the future.」

「Good location for where we wanted to be. Clean space. Front door was a bit sticky so hard to open. Could have used a few more towels in upstairs bathroom. Overall worked well. 」

「Used this property as our home base for exploring Turkey Run State Park and Shades State Park. Great trails and landscapes at each place. Also found out about the many Parke County Covered Bridges — did not see all 31!Property was walking distance to many restaurants and shopping possibilities.」

「The Downtown Delight Combo was a true delight! The spacious combo is professionally decorated, has a gorgeous skylight, and large windows that provide a ton of natural light. My family stayed over Easter weekend and the condo had what we needed to make brunch. We loved the rooftop patio but due to the weather didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy it. The garage parking was also very nice. We LOVED our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Muncie! 」

「Spacious, solid upstairs apartment (it's over a marijuana shop and a tattoo parlor, neither of which were a bother in any sense) in a really convenient location for visiting the IU campus. Many ethnic restaurants within very easy walking distance. Functionally equipped rather than decorative; cramped bathroom space. The advertised "Spa/Hot tub" was nowhere in evidence - there's no bathtub at all - and the claimed "on-site parking" doesn't exist. We were lucky to find parking meter spaces...
