An amazing stay!

The stay was amazing! Had a tough time getting the lock working. One quick call and he stopped over to help us. House was clean and beautiful! Will definitely stay again!

Butler game

Went to enjoy a Butler game with my daughter who is Butler Alum. The home was as WIN as well as the game was a WIN!!!Look forward to returning to this beautiful home!

Graduation

The house was perfect for our visit to Indy to celebrate our grandson’s HS graduation. Plenty of restaurants and a Fresh Market within walking distance. There is a bus stop just outside the front door which makes transportation around the city very easy. Will stay there again!

Great recently updated property about a mile from Butler. College is a busy street but there are a lot of fun bars, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance.

Mini Marathon Weekend

Kevin keeps the place in great shape. The location is perfect for heading downtown on race day or up to Connors Pub in Broad Ripple post race. Take a walk around the neighborhood to see Immaculate Heart of Mary (the House that Cripe built) and have a nightcap at the Red Key.

Family Gathering

I stayed with my daughters and my sister-in-law and her daughters. The house was wonderful and suited our needs quite well. Our only complaint is that there needs to be more hand soap at the sinks. We would recommend that mirrors be added to each of the bedrooms to allow folks to get ready outside of the bathrooms, but that may only be an issue if you have a houseful of girls. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice spot in Broad Ripple

My husband and I traveled with our elderly parents for the Eclipse. This property was nearly perfect for us. We absolutely loved the front porch. Much of our time was spent sitting there and watching the world go by. We would absolutely recommend this rental. Thank you so much!

Fun local spot

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was fantastic as well as the house. We ditched the car and were able to walk to the park, grocery store, shops and plenty of restaurants. The house was perfect for us and nicely remodeled. We especially liked the bunk beds for the kids! Thank you for being a wonderful host and sharing your city with us!

Better than a hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room for 5 adults. Close to Butler. Home has lots of new touches that blend with the old charm. Walking distance to a lot! Only negative was the miserable weather! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect 3 day stay!

Great property close to the fairgrounds. Check in was a breeze. House is just as described. Perfect for our two families to live in for 3 nights. We love eating at the Half Liter on the Monon Trail, a recommendation by Kevin, each year we come and stay here. Parking can be tight with large vehicles, but doable (definitely utilize the alley and driveway for parking).

Girls Weekend

We had a great time staying here for our annual Girl's Weekend. Kevin was a great host and was very responsive to our needs. The third bedroom only has a full over full bunk bed, so I was a little misguided on the description of the beds. I only think it's because VRBO doesn't have an icon for this type of bed. The beds were very comfortable!!!

Our yearly stay was great - as always!

This is our third time staying at this location. Close proximity to fairgrounds. Always clean; perfect for our two families to stay in. Expect road noise at night, especially Fri and Sat nights as College and 52nd is a busy area (nothing that you can't sleep through though). Utilize the alley approach the driveway as parking a truck /backing a truch out onto College is somewhat difficult.

Great home and location too noisy to sleep

Every thing was perfect except from 10 pm to 3 am we heard fast zooming cars loud music that kept us up all night. I would have stayed again if it was not for the street noise and traffic. It made my whole family tired for our big weekend. Disappointed

DIRTY!

I was excited to stay at this recently renovated duplex in Indy but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. See lists below for more details. CONS: Both bathrooms very dirty upon arrival (similar to the filth you see in a gas station bathroom that has not been cleaned recently). Floor and rugs were dirty. Inside of microwave and top of range also not clean. Owner unwilling to reimburse cleaning cost even though several parts of the home were clearly not cleaned. Construction on College was a constant irritation. The front door knob fell off at least 15 times during our stay. Extremely bright in all bedrooms, made it difficult to sleep. PROS: Nicely done remodel Good location

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. This house was clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed to make a meal. The host was responsive and helpful. Area had grocery store nearby and restaurants. Planning to stay again

We LOVED this place!

My son and daughter competed in the Grand Nationals marching band competition this past Thurs-Sat at Lucas Oil Stadium. My 83 year old mom and my sister joined me on the road trip to Indy from South Carolina. WE LOVED DISCOVERING A NEW CITY! The property was beautifully decorated, spotless and ready to receive 3 tired mamas. We shopped at Whole Foods (literally up the street!) and picked up some healthy options to prepare in the gorgeous kitchen, thoughtfully provided by our host! Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. We’re so grateful for this trip and for an awesome place to call “home” for a couple of nights! THANK YOU!

Good Stay!

Good Stay Overall! But did need some items refreshed: The pillows need to be replaced and put zip covers on them. The sheets are not cotton but polyester so not very comfortable or breathable. The soap dispensers were not all replaced and there was no laundry detergent for us to use. I also recommend you bring your own bath soap, shampoo and condition as there was none. Also the large bedroom upstairs has very thin walls to the neighboring condo. So bring ear plugs! Good points: - location is great , close to some great restaurants. The Indian food was great and the gallery pastry shop has awesome coffee. I think with the updates I mentioned I would be willing to stay there again. Thank you!
