Cute on the surface, but needs a good cleaning and repairs.

Great location to Lucia Oil Stadium. Cute on the surface, but floors were filthy, many floor boards need repair and one of the showers didn’t work. Communication with property management was horrible. Got the feeling property management was not local and possibly not in the U.S. I was lied to about when someone was going to come out to fix shower and fix a headboard that was not secured. Unable to fix the shower during our stay. 5 people had to share one shower. It took a week after the stay ended before I heard from the property manager. I was never able to speak with anyone above the property manager. Received a marginal refund for the inconveniences. I would not recommend any property managed by Fernway VR.

Perfect location

This property was BEAUTIFUL! Quiet neighborhood, never had an issue with street parking (we had 3 cars) and minutes from downtown. Host was very responsive. Pack-n-play was a life saver for our 2 year old as we left ours behind. Our kids enjoyed the pool table, games and master shower. Overall opinion, our family loved it so much we wanted to move in.

Great stay

Everything about the rental process was smooth. The house was perfect for our needs. Loved that coffee shops, etc were within walking distance. Note that the pool table takes up the garage so only street parking available.
