    This newly renovated bungalow is located just blocks south of the heart of Broadripple! It’s also conveniently located 17 minutes away from the liveliness of city centre, Massachusetts Avenue, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the Indianapolis Convention Centre. The Indianapolis airport is roughly 28 minutes away. Plenty of concert venues within a short drive distance.

    This house is a wonderful place for families coming to town, individuals here for business or conventions, or just people wanting to have a place to visit fiends! It has unique touches in every room and a very warm feeling throughout.

    Guests have access to the entire house and the backyard! The only area in the backyard that is shared with the neighbour is the basketball court. But if you plan on having a little event/get together in the backyard, let me know and I can tell our neighbors so you’ll have full access to the court!

    It`s a self check-in process so I won`t be interacting with guests unless they want me to!

    The area is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large supermarket and delicious restaurants less than a block away! Including the famous Jazz Kitchen. Also enjoy some of the laid back bars in the area! Amazing atmosphere right down the street!

    Parking is available in the front of the house and there is also room for one big car or two small cars in the back via the alleyway. All parking is free.

    - All bedrooms are on the second floor. One full bathroom is on the upstairs level and one is in the basement.
    - Just a heads up for tall people: There is a low spot in the ceiling as you are walking up or down the stairs into the basement. More something to just remember if you are using the basement.
    - The pet fee shown ($70) is for up to two nights with one pet. It goes up $10/night for every day added, per pet.

Great location

It is a beautiful property, with lots if character in a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Everyone remarked about the nice firm beds. Plenty of linens and kitchenware for6 people.

Great Location - Perfect Host

This was everything we wanted - great house and amazing location - able to walk to all our old haunts from when I lived in Indy. Luke was super fast with communication - he's an amazing host - I wish all hosts were like him! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

Came to town for a Flyball tournament and needed a space with a yard for my dog to run around in after racing - this place completely fit the bill! Loved the location - so close to everything. Off street parking was very helpful when bringing everything in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

Quaint older home in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable bedrooms, plenty of visiting space. Especially enjoyed the basement family room. Well-equipped kitchen. Parking in both back and front. Seems a great place for a dog with fenced in back yard and deck. The only drawback we had was some noise from the bus line out front and the shared duplex wall when neighbors were louder, but host will assist in supporting quiet hours.

Girlfriend Getaway

This property met our needs for our 3 day weekend. We had four friends and a dog, so we enjoyed the amount of space and fenced in backyard. The property manager attentive and communicated well throughout our stay.

Charming older home

Spacious home with lots of character! The location is near to many different restaurants and grocery stores. Beautiful neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. I would recommend this location to others.

Visited the Children’s museum this home was close to the museum. We were comfortable and had everything we needed for our overnight. Good communication with host.While we did drive to restaurants a couple we ate at would have been within walking distance. Nice grocery very close as well. Went to Holliday park which we all enjoyed very much, it was beautiful. Nice area to visit, great short trip overall.

Off Site Conference Stay

This was a great option for our group rather than staying in an overpriced hotel. It was well within walking distance for a grocery store as well as restaurants and the Convention Center/Lucas Oil Stadium is within a 20 min drive. The host was very responsive to questions. We hope to stay here again in the future.
