Visited the Children’s museum this home was close to the museum. We were comfortable and had everything we needed for our overnight. Good communication with host.While we did drive to restaurants a couple we ate at would have been within walking distance. Nice grocery very close as well. Went to Holliday park which we all enjoyed very much, it was beautiful. Nice area to visit, great short trip overall.

Great location

It is a beautiful property, with lots if character in a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Everyone remarked about the nice firm beds. Plenty of linens and kitchenware for6 people.

This property is so cute! Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. We really enjoyed the backyard with the fire pit and the cool basement.

Girlfriend Getaway

This property met our needs for our 3 day weekend. We had four friends and a dog, so we enjoyed the amount of space and fenced in backyard. The property manager attentive and communicated well throughout our stay.

Off Site Conference Stay

This was a great option for our group rather than staying in an overpriced hotel. It was well within walking distance for a grocery store as well as restaurants and the Convention Center/Lucas Oil Stadium is within a 20 min drive. The host was very responsive to questions. We hope to stay here again in the future.

One Big Crazy Family

The house is in an excellent location. We enjoyed walking to restaurants after the long car ride. We enjoyed playing card games at big kitchen table. Drove easily to excellent Childrens Museum. The outside backyard was handy for our small dog.

We enjoyed our stay, especially with the grill and campfire out back! We were thankful for comfy beds, cookware, washing machine and the two full baths! Great for our group of three couples. Thanks again!

Charming older home

Spacious home with lots of character! The location is near to many different restaurants and grocery stores. Beautiful neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. I would recommend this location to others.

Great Location - Perfect Host

This was everything we wanted - great house and amazing location - able to walk to all our old haunts from when I lived in Indy. Luke was super fast with communication - he's an amazing host - I wish all hosts were like him! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

Came to town for a Flyball tournament and needed a space with a yard for my dog to run around in after racing - this place completely fit the bill! Loved the location - so close to everything. Off street parking was very helpful when bringing everything in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

The manager was very nice and did his best to accommodate us, even sending someone to clean when requested due to the property being quite dirty. However, the property itself could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Despite the cleaning visit, there was still noticeable dust around the bed corners, curtains, and light fixtures.On the positive side, the location is great, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to various attractions. Overall, the house would benefit from some updates and a more thorough cleaning team.
